Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping & Regional Delivery Policy We do not utilize mass-market commercial distributors. To maintain the "Mishpacha Standard," we manage our own temperature-controlled delivery routes to ensure your heritage crops arrive in peak condition.

  • Southwest & Mexico Routes: Direct delivery to TX, NM, OK, LA, AR, and select regions in Mexico.

  • Southeastern Routes (Starting March 2027): Direct delivery to FL, GA, SC, NC, AL, TN, VA, and KY.

  • Receiving Requirements: Chefs must provide a 4-hour receiving window. All perishables must be inspected and signed for upon delivery to ensure quality standards are met.

  • The Crate Program: In our effort to remain sustainable, we utilize a circular crate system. Please have empty crates ready for swap-out during your next scheduled delivery.
