By establishing a wholesale account with Mishpacha Farms, you agree to the following professional standards:

• The Sister-Farm Model: Mishpacha Farms operates as independent "sister-fields" in Texas and Florida. You are purchasing directly from the farm, not a commercial aggregator.

• Payment Terms: Initial orders are strictly Net 15. Upon successful completion of three orders, accounts may transition to Net 30.

• Reservations: A $10\%$ non-refundable deposit is required to secure seasonal allocations (e.g., White Sonora or Hopi Blue Corn). This deposit is credited toward your first harvest delivery.

• Liability: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods delivered. We are not responsible for subsequent kitchen prep errors.
