Refund & Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the identity-preserved quality of every seed we plant. Because we deal in "living" stone-ground flours and fresh perishables, our refund policy is designed for professional speed.

  • The 24-Hour Rule: Any quality concerns regarding fresh produce or proteins must be reported via the Wholesale Portal within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos.

  • Grain Performance: If a heritage grain does not meet the technical specs listed in the "Mishpacha Lab," we will provide a replacement or credit. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" on wholesale orders.

  • Returns: Due to food safety protocols (HACCP), we cannot accept returns on perishable items once they have entered your kitchen.
